The People Behind the Racer Journey
For over five decades, Racer Valves has been shaped by a strong foundation of vision, values, and family leadership. What began in 1977 with the late Mr. Kishorbhai Panchal has grown into an established industrial valve manufacturing company through generations of dedication, experience, and continuous progress.
Today, the Racer leadership team brings together the values of its founding generation, industry experience, and a forward-looking vision, working together to strengthen the company and build its future.
Late Mr. Kishorbhai Panchal - Founder | The Vision Behind Racer Valves
The journey of Racer Valves began in 1977, when Late Mr. Kishorbhai Panchal started manufacturing industrial valves with a vision to deliver quality, reliability, and performance.
In 1979, the business was established as Sheetal Engineering Works. With a vision to expand into national and international markets, Kishorbhai introduced “Racer” as a brand in the industrial valve industry. In 1997, the company was formally renamed Racer Valves Pvt. Ltd.
He strongly believed in quality, integrity, customer trust, and respect for people. His values continue to guide Racer Valves in its commitment to quality manufacturing, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Kishorbhai Panchal passed away on 7 November 2004, but his vision and values continue to remain an integral part of Racer Valves.
His journey began with valves. His legacy was built on values.
Ms. Sheetal Panchal - Director | Carrying the Vision Forward
Ms. Sheetal Panchal is a key leader at Racer Valves, carrying forward the vision and values established by her father, Late Mr. Kishorbhai Panchal.
With an initial interest in fashion design, she eventually chose to take responsibility for the family business. After being associated with Racer on a part-time basis, she joined the company full-time in 2004. Following her father’s passing, she took on greater responsibility for carrying the business forward in a traditionally male-dominated industrial sector.
With a strong focus on business growth, manufacturing, quality, and operational development, she has played an important role in strengthening Racer Valves and expanding its capabilities. Under her leadership, the company expanded its distribution network, moved to larger premises, upgraded manufacturing technology, strengthened quality and testing systems, and introduced CNC machining.
Leadership & Recognition
Her contribution to the growth of Racer Valves was recognized by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), which featured the company in its Profiles of Winners 2014–15 under Growth in Production and Profit – Micro Enterprise.
As a woman leader in the industrial valve manufacturing sector, Sheetal Panchal is committed to empowering women to become confident, capable, and independent professionals.
Today, she continues to combine the values inherited from her father with her own vision for the growth, innovation, and long-term success of Racer Valves.
Mr. Bhavesh Panchal - Director | Building Business Beyond Boundaries
Mr. Bhavesh Panchal has been associated with Racer Valves as a Director since 1999, contributing to the company’s growth and development over the years.
With extensive experience in the industrial valve sector, he has been closely involved in managing and developing the business, with a focus on understanding market needs and evolving customer requirements.
His experience across manufacturing, business development, and the valve industry has contributed to strengthening the company’s operations and supporting its continued growth.
Today, he continues to bring his industry knowledge, business perspective, and experience to the growth and long-term progress of Racer Valves.
Mr. Bhavesh Panchal has been associated with Racer Valves as a Director since 1999 and has been an integral part of the company’s journey and growth.
He has been primarily responsible for managing and developing the business, transforming Racer Valves from a manufacturing unit into a globally recognized and trusted brand.
With over two and a half decades of experience across the industrial valve sector, he brings a deep understanding of manufacturing excellence, strategic business development, and the evolving requirements of customers in the valve industry. His vision has been instrumental in expanding the company’s product portfolio, strengthening its global footprint, and building long-term relationships based on quality and reliability.
Known for his customer-centric approach, leadership, and commitment to innovation, he believes in creating value beyond products — by building trust, performance, and partnerships that last.
As a Director of Racer Valves, he continues to contribute his rich experience and industry perspective to drive the company’s overall growth, progress, and its mission of Building Business Beyond Boundaries.
Mr. Nikunj Panchal - Director | Continuing the Family's Passion for Valves
Mr. Nikunj Panchal has been associated with Racer Valves and the industrial valve industry from an early age. His regular visits to the factory with his father, the late Mr. Kishorbhai Panchal, gave him an early understanding of the family business and developed his interest in valve manufacturing.
In 2001, Nikunj formally joined Racer Valves and began contributing to the company’s growth while carrying forward his father’s vision and passion for the valve industry.
With years of experience in the valve manufacturing environment, he has developed a strong understanding of the company’s products, manufacturing processes, and industry requirements. As a Director, he continues to contribute to the growth, development, and long-term vision of Racer Valves.
Today, Nikunj represents the next generation of the family business, combining the values established by its founder with a continued focus on the future of Racer Valves and the industrial valve industry.
Sadhnaben Panchal - Director | A Foundation of Strength and Guidance
Sadhnaben Panchal has been associated with Racer Valves since its early years and has been a constant source of strength throughout the company’s journey.
As the wife of Founder Late Mr. Kishorbhai Panchal, she stood alongside him during the formative years of the business and supported the vision that grew into Racer Valves.
As a mother to Sheetal Panchal and Nikunj Panchal, she has also played an important role in carrying the family’s values and principles into the next generation. She continues to take an active interest in the company’s progress and provides guidance to the directors whenever required.
Her presence reflects the values that have remained at the heart of Racer Valves—commitment, perseverance, family, and trust in the journey.
